What should the feature do?

We should disable two XFS flags in our NodeConfig local disk setup, simillar to how ScyllaDB AMI's sets up the storage.

What is the use case behind this feature?

Minimize metadata overhead, synchronize with how ScyllaDB AMI's are set up.
