Description
Consider moving projects custom code to separate extensions instead of keeping it in the conf.py.
This would make easier to maintain the code as it would be separated in different files.
Affected projects:
- java-driver (doxygen & replace links)
- scylla-cloud (autogenerate openapi)
- rust-driver (replace file names)
