Multiple-component emission-line fits

Allow for emission lines to have multiple components.

• Change the emission-line database file to identify the components for each line, default should be to use a single component for each line
• Alter the EmissionLineTemplates class to construct multiple components and how they should be tied.
• Include multiple components in the output MAPS files.
  • How should we organize narrow and broad components?
