Emission-line module fit-metrics with extended line lists #66
Description
The emission line list has an effect on the RMS calculation from the emission-line module in a way that I don't understand. Compare:

The latter is the nominal result for the MPL-9 line list, while the former is the result if I add the Paschen delta line at 10052 ang.
It wasn't apparent to me from a by-eye inspection of why this is happening. I'm a little worried it's due to an error in the calculation of the RMS.
