update CUDA version

thanks so much for these docker images. i have found them very useful!

i wanted to update the CUDA version in these images. I am happy to submit a PR if someone can help me understand what I need to do!

It is probably at the very least changing the version number in these two lines

That's great! If you are taking requests, I wanted to build one with CUDA_VER=11.7 :)

I just pushed an 11.7 variant to Dockerhub for you! They passed all of my automated tests. Let me know if you have issues with it and I will fix them.
