[VS Code Tutorials] Add “Productivity Shortcuts” link in overview section

Current

In the IDE tutorials overview, IntelliJ IDEA includes a “Productivity Shortcuts” section, but Visual Studio Code does not have a corresponding entry.

Problem

VS Code also has many productivity-related features (keyboard shortcuts, command palette, multi-cursor, formatting, etc.), and Microsoft’s official Tips and Tricks page already provides a comprehensive overview of these.

Proposed Solution

• Add a “Productivity Shortcuts” bullet under IDE: Visual Studio Code, linking to the official documentation.
