Inconsistencies between author name display

The top part of the chapters' look inconsistent as they display the authors and reviewers in different format.

Suggestion: Make them all the the style used for the chapter Angular (first pic)

Better to keep this on hold, till are PRs for this sem are merged. Otherwise, some pages might get left out.
