Extending Python Guide

Currently we have an introduction to Python with https://github.com/se-edu/learningresources/blob/master/contents/python/introduction-to-python.md.

We could include a section to include new enhancements to Python (3) that may be good to know for more advanced users:

- Asyncio Package, ASGI and its implementations
- Type Hints
