Build endless loop

By using "show desugared abstract syntax" a new file is created that automatically updates and saves itself. Therefore if you have the project-wide "build automatically" enabled, the (automatic) save of the generated file triggers another build, which also saves the file, and so on. Maybe a hint like "don't turn on automatic building" is enough as it seams easier as to fix this.
