You call this yart, for yust another report template, but you use LaTeX article inside, not report.

For German texts, it would be better to use KOMA package drop-ins like scrartcl or far better scrreprt instead of arcticle or report for nativ LaTeX.

So it might be better to give the user the opportunity to change this easily.
