Modify deploy tool to use Secluso OS image

• Scrap the existing build on-top of Raspberry Pi OS Lite, as well as certain developer settings that aren't possible anymore
• Pull the Secluso OS image from releases (check immutable, verify signatures..)
• Inject camera secret into 'provision' partition; see Create a one-time-use 'provision' partition exclusively for on-provision data os#11
• Modify camera hub to use the 'provision' partition
• Potentially assist with flashing to a SD card of their choice at that point?
