Now Wearing/Edit outfit parts shows dummies incorrectly (inverted)

Second Life Release 7.2.3.19375695301 (64bit)

Description

The problem is that dummies are shown for each clothing type worn, instead of dummies for each clothing type NOT worn.

Reproduction steps

1. Click Top menu Avatar -> Now wearing
2. Click the wrench on the dialog (top right)
3. In the dialog notice how for each clothing type you wear, there also exists a dummy clothing for that type (for example 'shirt not worn' while you actually wear a shirt wearable)
4. Also notice how for clothing types you don't wear, no dummies exist (so there is also no button to create a new type of that clothing)
