在 PSI Repo 中实现 DoublePIRPIR（One Server for the Price of Two:Simple and Fast Single-Server Private Information Retrieval），实现后将实现源码提交到指定位置。

- 功能性：满足 PIR 的安全性
- 代码规范：C++ 代码需要能通过代码规范检查卡点
