chore: optimize docker image build and libro's deps version control

• 更新文档，引流云 SecretNote
• Docker 镜像打包支持 pnpm 锁依赖
• 弃用 devcontainer-web，使 pnpm 更新到 9，并同时支持 amd64 和 arm64 构建
• 从 secretnote-lite 侧锁定 Libro 依赖版本，下游不再需要 overrides
