could use github actions to:

on a schedule, check for new linux desktop releases via the rss feed
if it's a major release, create an issue. if it's not, continue
extract the linux version, auto bump it in the repo
poll the tarball url every 15 minutes, once it 200s, call the hardened-chromium copr webhook
