Migrate from COPR repo to the official secureblue repo

It's more consistent to have both Trivalent web browser & subresource filter in 1 official repo instead of those being scattered between COPR & secureblue repo.

I apologize if I'm incorrect (I'm a newbie at this), but I searched "secureblue" in COPR, and all I could find was the moved browser, hardened malloc, branding and bubblejail...

You're mistaking repos for packages. Repos can have many packages.

This change is unlikely to happen. We can't build trivalent in copr for licensing reasons, but for all other packages it's simpler and cheaper to use copr.
