The key issue here is verifying you meet the guidelines

• Follows the Inclusion Policy

• Have given permission to be listed on F-Droid

A 3rd party maintainer could then try to compile for F-Droid as well.
But, they need approval from the current maintainer.

A better solution would be for SecurityFirst to make a bug issue requesting to be listed.
