Consider improving flow between sections in the guide #1604
Description
There's something that's off in terms of the order/continuity of the guides with this. At the beginning, we refer to what we did in the previous guide, then we delete some of what we did there, and now we refer to the file structure looking as if the project was just initialised. Can this be improved somehow? :)

Good point! I guess technically this could start with a fresh project, but it also seems odd that the seções don't build on each other and a new project is initialized in each... Hmmm, this will be a bit better if #1591 is implemented, but could probably still be improved after that.
This will also be affected by how the template looks and how much we decide to emphasize it in the startup guide as per #1599. Could we break it out into a new issue for later consideration when more pieces are in place?
