Idea: ways to incorporate or use pair programming in some way?

Pair programming is often described as one of the best way to share knowledge, spread culture, and learn. I've been musing about this for a few years, how to incorporate it in a nice flow with how we do things / do things in work in general. Just put this issue here to remind myself to come back to it.
