For instance, to have dates set well in advance so we don't need to always discuss what works and what doesn't.

As we talked about yesterday, I think we agree that this would be a nice thing. Could be twice per year; e.g., once in September, once in March? Do we want to be more specific than that, e.g., specific weeks?

Only twice a year? Could do every "quarter"? So three times?

I'm fine with either! Very happy to come 3 times if papa NNF shoulders the expense 👼
