First of all, please don't mess with the internal backup files in any way or you risk breaking your backup. Seedvault only shows you backups it can decrypt and you most likely have a different recovery code on the target phone, if you have set that up already. So the solution is to rest the target device and choose restore the first time you start Seedvault. |

I have backups from two phones. Since I want to get rid of one, I want to migrate some apps. I merged the
.SeedVaultAndroidBackupfolders of both devices and put it on the phone where I want to restore the apps. But SeedVault still offers me only the sets of the current device. How to do that?Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
