A system navigation bar sometimes disappears when backing up

Sometimes when backing up the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen disappears (the one with three button/the one with a bar that some gestures can be done from by swiping up). Other gestures like swiping from the side for going back still work, but anything related to the bottom bar doesn't.

I tried changing between button and gesture navigation hoping it would restart something, but it did not. Locking and unlocking the phone doesn't fix the issue either, so the only viable option to continue using the phone is to reboot it.

I am using CalyxOS with Seedvault preinstalled

The phone is Motorola moto g32, android 15, caxyxos 6.8.21, seedvault 15-5.6
