Self explanatory, if backup fails - right now it does nothing. It can be really devastating if you failed to backup like 3 times on the row when there a setting to backup every 3 days/weekly.

Actions if backup fails

Run backup when Wi-Fi is connected until backup successful [ checkbox ]
(It can be looped infinitely, so in order to prevent spam, there gonna be submenu)

Try until those number of fails (from 1 to 5 fails + infinite)
User will receive notification what will tell him that backup wasn't made, and was stopped trying due of "that reason".

Run backup immediately if backup date was missed [ checkbox ]
Sometimes your phone can be disabled for various reasons, and be stalled for months. So it would be handy to force Seedvault to start backup if device is turned on, and has available internet connection.

I'd rather work on not having backing fail three times in a row than introducing settings like this. Do you know why it fails? Is your wifi connection very bad? do you use built-in WebDAV Cloud support to back up?

For some reason some applications can confuse seedvault from backup, so instead of skipping it after like 1 hour - it fails?? Didn't see the error message though - can lie there. I never encountered errors when transferring all to Koofr WebDAV (if you not count disabling internet connection ofc).

I'm right now using combo of seedvault internal storage + syncthing. And seems like it works pretty well, i don't even need to setup WebDAV server myself in order to make it work.
