Update vendored COPASI JavaScript library (COPASI.js)

SEEK vendors a build of COPASI.js (WASM) to power in-browser model simulation (app/models/model.rb,
app/assets/javascripts/copasi/copasi_simulation.js, lib/seek/copasi/simulator.rb). This build is
out of date and should be refreshed against the latest COPASI.js release.
