OtherMaterial cannot be a SEEK Title for MARS

For MARS purposes, OtherMaterial cannot be set as a SEEK Title.
Same for any attribute name that has to match a repository attribute because for SEEK attributes that are"Title", the attribute name gets into "type" key in ISA-JSON.

Any attribute in SEEK that has to match a repository attribute must be a characteristic or a parameter value.
