Polish and Improve Game Components used for Research

The following components should be modified to better support running studies with RoboBUG:

• Modifying game introduction to enable course code selection (and possibly simplify data entry for student identifiers)
• Automate transition from non-adaptive gameplay to adaptive gameplay after N student data points.

There is now a entry screen for them to enter the course code. And also a automated transition from non adaptive to adaptive after x amount of students.
