As the title of the issue says, the builder is now incomplete as it lacks the 4th skill trees recently added to Borderlands 3

The solution is in the issue's title. Add a 4th skill tree, which requires ripping the skill icons and stats from the game to add them to the online builder.

No other alternative option, besides someone making a fork of the project and working on it on their own.
