RoadDamageDataset Access Denied #71
Description
I can't Access the RoadDamageDataset zip file that you provided in the pytohn notebook,
this url : https://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/mycityreport/RoadDamageDataset.tar.gz
Gives this output:

On another pc i tried to acces it after some tries i got the access and was able to download it, but on my laptop, I can't access it..
