To avoid problems in travel or similar situations we could build a simple game or camera emulator to avoid problems in travel or transporting krux signing devices, i think originally i was thinking to add this to a Kapp but now i think we can made this on the installer and completely wipe the krux firmware of the device for this kind of situation. so when you really need to sign something you re-flash the krux firmware.

The "game" should be other repo? i think for the obviously reason that we gonna flash this on our signing devices should be well mantained

I think we can use this as an opportunity to write an alternative installer from scratch in a more unpretentious way, or just fork it — either works. Having two implementations is actually cool because we can explore simpler approaches and different focuses. Since the only real difference is what we flash and not how, the scope stays small. I'd also like to use this to try keeping dependencies to a minimum.

That's the spirit! Don't be afraid to re-write from scratch, being as minimalist as possible. This way creating a different Installers with different contents won't hurt
