Create new word markdown template

The goal of this is so that folks have a template they can copy and paste when they are creating a new word for the dictionary. This can help make it less intimidating for newer contributors who may be worried about formatting the frontmatter correctly and ensuring that they are using the correct headers.

I started work in a similar direction when we made the switch to Eleventy and broke all definitions into their own files. But I didn’t get really far. My idea was to provide some examples and also context when which template should be used. Happy to see that expanded/rewritten.

Every term, my hope, has the bare minimum for the following:

• Part of speech
• (Language, which is implied now as English, but as we increase translations matters increasingly)
• Definition
• Further Reading: In particular, written by people who identify as the term (when an identity term)

I think that the terms generally can be grouped into, with additional sections added:

Identity Terms

• Usage: Provides guidance for usage
• Note: Usually indicates nuance

Slur Terms

• Issues: Why is this bad
• Impact: How does this negatively impact the group systematically
• Alt Words
• Usage

Preferable Terms

• Usage
• Preferable To
• Benefits
• Impact

Appropriative Terms

• Appropriate Usage
• Inappropriate Usage
• Issues
• Impact
• Alt Words

Also I'm wondering if Considerations and Notes are used in the same way. I think the former is more specific (which I generally find good), but I imagine there might be a few use-cases where notes is necessary? I guess I'd like to avoid notes when we can, as it's vague to me.

Oh! And I think this could serve two-fold as both a .md template to copy AND as an issues template for those who aren't comfortable coding it themselves.

@tatianamac @ovlb Some thoughts, maybe we could create a few different templates for each type, and make a templates folder in the root directory to make it a bit more organized?

I love that! I think that helps a lot! Is that something you have bandwidth for, @lkopacz ? If no, then I say we proceed with closing this PR and open a new issue so someone else can jump on that. I try to keep PRs tidy and relevant so that we can keep them fresh and small (which I think eases the reviewing a bit).
