Creating a Formatting Guide

I had a play around today at making a potential formatting guide for the documentation section of the site. I'm new to GitHub, so I'm not sure what to do with it. Hopefully linking to it here will be a good start.

Hi @kittensyzygy ! This is great! Would you mind pushing this up as a PR so I can provide written feedback? You could use one of the existing contributing guidelines pages as a template (the front-matter.md file, for example).
