Suggestion: "autistic", expand on "ASD" #452

Description

I've found the term "autistic"/"autist" being used in contexts unrelated to ASD to refer to persons (or even objects) that are asocial, isolated, distant, or uncooperative. (This bothered me to the point of giving a uni talk on this topic). I'd be happy to contribute a longer definition in the next days.
