Hello @asiya-z , yes it is possible to use any raster that you can open in QGIS. You can select it in the Band set tab.
In case it is a multiband raster I suggest to use this tool to split the bands and then create a Band set https://semiautomaticclassificationmanual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/split_bands_tab.html
