AttributeError trying to create a spectral signature plot

When I create a spectral signature plot I get the following error.

As you can see from the python path, I use a virtual environment to provide a dependency to scikit-learn (and torch).

this issue is related to a wrong installation.
Possibly one or more dependencies are missing or not detected by QGIS.
I suggest to reinstall the dependencies.
