Flat lines in SCP Spectral Profile plot #395
Description
With a class of students we are making spectral profiles using AOI for downloaded Sentinel 2 Images. For some of the students the spectral profile plot just shows flat lines instead of the profile itself. The workflow they used:
- Load all bands as individuals .tiffs in QGIS. Create a bandset from these layers and add the Sentinel-2 wavelength information.
- Create a new .scpx training layer. Add individuals AOI's and create a spectral profile plot.
After performing step 2 they just get flat lines in the plot. Other machines with the same QGIS version and SCP plugin-version do not show this issue.
Also it occurs on different QGIS versions.
Any ideas in how to fix this issue?
Already tried to update the remotior-sensius package, and reinstalled the plugin.
Any help is much appreciated.
