Classifier works in preview, but produces a wrong result when run

Here are two screenshots of roughly the same area, where I use the Minimum Distance algorithm to first produce a preview and then by pressing the RUN button in the Classification tool as shown in https://semiautomaticclassificationmanual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial_1.html.

This happens with all algorithms, it seems to prominently class everything as buildings.

Could this be due to the same band stacking issue as in #416 ?

Hi, to understand if there are plugin errors please enable "Records detailed events in a log file" and copy the log file as described here https://semiautomaticclassificationmanual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#how-can-i-report-an-error

Also, in case you are using a stacked image I suggest to split the bands using this tool https://semiautomaticclassificationmanual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/split_bands_tab.html
