`TraceOfSemigroupCongruence` should really be renamed to `TraceOfInverseSemigroupCongruence` or `TraceOfCongruence`

This could be done by making TraceOfSemigroupCongruence obsolete (see obsolete.gd/i) and replacing every occurrence in the package by the new name.

The function also currently outputs a list of lists, with each one containing the elements of one equivalence class of the trace. This likely should be renamed as it does not produce the actual trace
