iOS8 jQT Homescreen app broken after waking device from locked state

Steps to reproduce:

Add jQT app to the Homescreen
Run the app fullscreen
Lock the device
Unlock the device
jQT page navigation no longer works (and possibly other functions...?)
Press Home button
Re-open app
jQT app works again

I will start investigating...
