RedCap synthetic data does not match true RedCap data

The RedCap synthetic data has multiple values for fields that end in treble underscore, like diagnosis_as_gsd_yes___bronchoscopy. This column has values "Checked" and "Unchecked", but it is a checkbox field type so it should just have a single value "bronchoscopy"
