Feature Enhancement: Create a way for super-admins to destroy an asset record and recreate. #356
Description
As a big hammer workaround for unexpected situations like we had with wavefront handler, it would be useful if speciallly authroized bonsai admins could remove and asset record entirely so that the asset could be re-added from scratch.
There is certain asset data that is cached only at asset creation, and not refreshed as part of a recompile. For the very rare situations where this cached data needs to be refreshed we need to be able to do the equivalent of a delete and recreate from scratch.
This should be a very privileged operation, and only used as a last resort.
