Sandbox - Add ability to, in the form of a tool, emulate a customer use case using sensu end to end.

As a product manager, engineer or sales engineer I would like to have an environment and tool set that allows me to emulate a customer use case with Sensu end-to-end.

Acceptance Criteria:

• In source control
• In environment with data (e.g. Staging)
• Ability to create a 'config' of a use case in said source control so that others can use
• Able to specify a use case (e.g. web app and service, Docker, monitoring, proxied, non-proxied etc)
• Able to specify filters, mutators and handlers
• WebUI able to display events
• Framework/mechanism for spinning up use cases should be easy to use and extensible.

Are there any minimum traffic settings you want to set as well? What could that look like?

Great question! Not sure, I'm open to suggestions or making that configurable as well.
