Remove Enterprise check logic from Sensu Go Vagrant file

This is more of an annoyance rn than it is an actual need. Though, we have implemented enterprise, it'd probably be better to implement logic to see if an enterprise file is present, and if so, apply it as part of the provisioning rather than just stopping the provisioning altogether until the variables are unset
