Update support for newer Ansible versions. Based on this link we only support (or actually test) up to v2.15, while the currently supported versions of Ansible are v2.16 to v2.19.

Additionally the CircleCI pipeline no longer supports Ubuntu 20.04 which is referenced in a few places. Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 should be used instead.
