1. Testing the execution of additional PD-CEF fields and capturing the result.

Discrepancies from expected execution :

1. usage of --use-event-timestamp flag panics out error.Hence no json message is created in pagerduty.
   command : cat event.json | ./pagerduty/sensu-pagerduty-handler -t db**83249 --use-event-timestamp
