Cannot deply

When i click deploy it says

"We couldn't deploy your app because the source code violates the Salesforce Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy."

ah i found a solution
just fork the repo then in the read me deploy to heroku button change the link from sentanos/ProxyService to uruser/ProxyService
