lib/rlguard.py installable package

Are there any plans to make lib/rlguard.py a (pip) installable package?

We started depending on it in openeo-geopyspark-driver, through a custom build on our own package index, but it would be better if we can just use the standard PyPI index.

There is already a PR #4 by @bossie that covers this, but there is a lot more included in that PR, which might hinder to getting basic packaging done.

@soxofaan Apologies for the late response, I missed that issue. We will look into that option and I will update you once there is any progress.
