Packaging on conda-forge #459

Hi! It would be great to see this package on conda-forge, for people who may have only certain channels approved for use, though there's already a 'pycm' using the namespace there.
I'd be happy to put in the feed-stock and list myself (and anyone else who would want) as a recipe maintainer - I'd started a WIP PR here (conda-forge/staged-recipes#20795) though it will clearly need a rename to not clash with the ligo package pycm there. Sadly they're on first-come-first-serve. Any name request/suggestions would be great. Thanks!
