Add NF-e and CT-e subcategories to Brazilian Software

Create a subcategory named "State Fiscal Documents" within "Brazilian Software", containing two new document types:

• Tax Invoices (NF-e)
• Electronic Transport Documents (CT-e)

and a preview for this type of documents.
