Feature Request: Health Metrics Should be Labeled by Resource Name

Right now health metrics (which are awesome) are labeled by a resource id (which I think is a UUID). It'd be nice if they just had the resource name instead. It's a small thing but not having to go to the UI to look up the UUID for a sink is nice.
