[Bug] In-game downloading fails due to a SSL error on some configurations - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED #195

If you're experiencing this error and are willing to help us run some tests, please post about it in the discord server. This issue is very rare and we haven't been able to reproduce it.
When trying to download a chart from wriggle in-game, on some systems the download immediately fails with a Unsupported on unrecognized SSL message error.
So far this has only been observed on Windows. One user reported that updating their windows version resolved the problem.
